What is Meal Stacking?  It's Smart... that's what it is.  Meal Stacking is cooking in 3's- Preparing a main meal and pulling off enough reserves for two additional, completely different, meals.  Save time, save money and save your sanity!  Meal Stack and relax.
Remember... all of these recipes can be made clean by thinking ahead and making a few modifications.  It is my goal to develop a healthy version of all of these wonderful family favorite recipes.
