What's For Dinner?

I prepared a delicious Wild Boar tonight that my boys harvested last week.  I grilled the pork loin, glazed it with a mixture of molasses and dijon mustard, and topped it with carmelized onions.  I served it with sweet potatoes, fresh crisp green beans lightly cooked in olive oil and sea salt.  It was a huge hit!
