Re-Wire Your Appetite: Don't give up... Find your success in the journey!

First off, you must realize you are completely rewiring your nutritional reward system and the mind exercises are very important to your success. There is NO destination at which any of us will arrive and claim Victory, we are on a journey and embracing and loving that journey is where we find Victory. Please judge your success at the end of each day by reflecting on your good choices.

Learning to eat clean is an arduous task requiring patience, and an education; clean eating is the best and most definable nutritional litmus test available. Make it a daily goal to eat as clean as you possibly can, make it a daily goal to grow in your understanding of clean food choices, make it a goal to schedule a 20% indulgence, DO NOT AIM FOR PERFECTION… AIM FOR PROGRESS.

Commit to journaling for one solid week- record food intake, vision exercises, high's and low's, successes, failures and so forth. This is not about calories, it is about clean food choices; if you have a firm understanding of clean food choices and the scale is still not moving then you may need to look at amounts of food or timing- maybe even a 90/10 split until your weight loss goals are met.

One final word, natural weight loss is a benefit of a clean diet but should not be the only driving force behind the effort. Clean eating provides optimal nutrition resulting in optimal health and until you embrace that philosophy you will continue to search for that unknown destination where your happiness lies. Happiness, contentedness, and fulfillment are all here for you today, all you have to do is grab them (they are free).

TRUE HAPPINESS AND ULTIMATE VICTORY CAN ONLY BE FOUND BY

FALLING IN LOVE WITH THE DAILY JOURNEY OF TRYING TO BECOME

BETTER AND BETTER EVERY DAY IN EVERY WAY.

A Few Weight Loss Tips:

• Try not to eat after 6:00pm

• Concentrate on carbs earlier in the day transitioning over to higher proteins later in the day

o Carbs are used for energy, and protein's repair- you only repair while sleeping so, you need carbs to get you through the day but not while sleeping and you need protein to repair while you are sleeping.
